BIG School Boy

During Christmas time Royce got to attend a little preschool for kids 3-5. It was only 4 weeks long, 3 days a week, but very sweet. It was put on by the students at Borah High School that are taking child development classes. They did an amazing job. It only cost me $5 and he brought home different things each day. This was a cape that he brought home and a nice little mask for their super hero day. He still wears both of them with his Spiderman costume all the time. He also brought home a chef hat, a cowboy hat, a pony on a stick, art projects, food projects (where he helped to cook), things from Santa, and lots of cute other crafts. He wasn't quite 3 at the time, but they were willing to let him come because he was potty trained! Yay for Royce. He may be able to go back in the fall, but I have him signed up for a Preschool Co-Op then. I am also really excited about his new preschool in the fall. He is soooo ready to be a big boy and go to school. He hates watching Ethan go to school and come home from school, it breaks his little heart that he can't go. He tells me "make the school bell ring and we go get Ethan".

Our FIRST Bowling Trip!!! Down at the SUB!

As a Lytle Family, Jackie and Eric got us all excited to go BOWLING! For Royce & Alex it was a first. And we all had a blast! Most of the family showed and we all got to hang out and play some fun ball.

Royce, Ethan & Oliver all got to learn the ropes together, while all of us adults played a riveting game together. Did you notice, Superman came to play too?

It was a little strange to go back to BSU to bowl. This is the same building that I worked at for 2 years in before I left for my mission. My cousins actually worked at the bowling alley at the same time, so I spent quite a bit of time around these parts and have some really good memories down at the BSU SUB!

Now Dallas just brought me a pass for free summer bowling at Emerald Lanes. It is for all kids that sign up. So now we will get to take the boys all summer longs for some more Bowling Fun. Maybe I will improve my pathetic scores of 49 and others.

I'm Back, I Guess!

It has been a while since I have posted anything for my sweet little guys. I just seem to be busy lately. But I actually have something to say for all my time. (That is a first.) Check out my Website for KnowledgePoints. I had about 3 weeks to really throw it together and I think a did a pretty FABULOUS job!!! (Pat, pat, pat.)

I am pretty proud of myself, cause I told Dallas I didn't want to pay to have someone do all of the designing. That just seems like a waste to me and it is always expensive. Well, I figured out a great little way to do it and I love the site so far. It is still a work in progress. I have lots of things to add, but it is at least in working condition right now!!! And that gives me time to do other things. Like work on other projects and play with my little guys.

I also made a nice little flier to go with it all and I found all the emails and phone numbers to the local school districts and their PTA Presidents to get them the information. I started to read the 500 page book that my husband lovingly printed out for our convenience. (He just doesn't seem to find time to read any of it). But my favorite part is that before making the fliers and website, I got to make the entire SUMMER PROGRAM for KnowledgePoints. It has been frustrating and confusing at times, but thinking about fish, dolphins and oceans has actually been very thrilling. I have created about 1/2 of the actual program, the rest will come together in the next few week as I crack down to get the final agenda finish. I am actually starting to get a little nervous, cause I will have to teach the tutors and then they will actually teach kids. SCARY. I hope the kids learn lots and lots and lots. And they better have fun. I am always all about fun.

I am also very excited about going to San Diego next week with my man. It is going to be a great retreat!!!
